Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging
  • Wholesale Orders: 2-3 business days for large volume preparation
  • Custom Packaging: 3-5 business days for special packaging requirements
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Additional 2-4 days if restocking is required

Order Cut-off Times

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be processed the same day:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST
  • Sunday: Orders will be processed on Monday
  • Public Holidays: Orders processed on next working day

Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Requirements

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Contact Availability: Ensure phone number is reachable during delivery hours
  • Identification: Valid ID may be required for high-value orders
  • Signature: Adult signature required for delivery confirmation

Delivery Attempts

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • Customer will be notified before each attempt
  • After failed attempts, package will be returned to origin
  • Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Delays

During extreme weather conditions (monsoons, cyclones, etc.), deliveries may be delayed for safety reasons. We will notify customers of any weather-related delays.

Festival Seasons

During peak festival seasons (Diwali, Dussehra, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days due to increased order volume. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.

Force Majeure

AlanaatiFoods will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options are under development. Please contact us if you're interested in our products for international delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report damage immediately to delivery partner
  • Contact our customer service within 24 hours
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
  • We will arrange immediate replacement or refund

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our shipping partner and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
