Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the AlanaatiFoods website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on AlanaatiFoods website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We offer different pricing for:

• Retail customers: Standard retail pricing
• Wholesale customers: Bulk pricing with minimum order quantities

Payment Methods

• Net banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders
• Bank transfers for wholesale orders

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2-4 business days
• South India: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping is available for orders above certain thresholds (₹499 for retail, ₹15,000 for wholesale).

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Return shipping costs may apply

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In no event shall AlanaatiFoods, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
